Hejduk Out Again, Roster Moves

Word on the Web is that things aren’t looking good for Milan Hejduk and his knee. If you recall, Hejduk was out a few games after recently suffering a knee injury. It didn’t seem serious at first and he was back in the lineup missing only a few games. Adrian Dater is hearing “whispers” of bad news.

Colorado Avalanche backup goaltender Peter Budaj will get his third consecutive start of the season tonight against the St. Louis Blues. Budaj has been filling in for Craig Anderson, who injured his neck after being run down by Keith “Cry Baby” Ballard in Florida. This game ends the Avs current 5 game road trip.

Yeah yeah, obviously Hejduk is alive and for those of you who didn’t get the joke, get out and read more. Anyway, Adrian Dater, some would argue my primary source for news (not true I swear!), is reporting that Milan Hejduk practiced with the team in Florida and could possibly return tomorrow against the Florida Panthers.

Liles, Galiardi On the Road – Out Tonight!

The Colorado Avalanche announced yesterday that both John Michael Liles (shoulder) and T.J. Galiardi (ankle) will be hitting the road with the team. While neither will be on hand tonight, there is the possibility of a return for one or both of them during this three game stint.
